I missed some pasta with cheese. I improved the pasta a bit with some mushrooms and I can say that they turned out delicious.

  • 300 gr snail paste
  • 150 gr canned mushrooms
  • 100 gr telemea sheep cheese
  • 50 gr cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 15 gr butter for greased form
  • salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Snails with mushrooms and cheeses:

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the bag.

Drain the mushrooms and rinse well. We grate the telemeau, the cheese and the Parmesan cheese.

Drain the pasta, add the mushrooms, cheese, cheese and sour cream and mix gently.

Grease the form well with butter and pour the composition. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and shape in the oven until browned.

We serve hot or cold pasta.

Homemade pie with cheese and spinach

I love spinach, I love salty pies, and when it comes to the spinach & # 8211 salted cheese combination, I melt completely. With pie sheets, homemade dough, with or without greens, I love such pies.

    For the dough, sift the flour in a bowl. We put the yeast with salt and sugar to hydrate it in a little water. Let it activate, then pour it in the middle of the flour. Add eggs, cottage cheese and start kneading.

Bake in the oven for about 35-45 minutes until nicely browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then serve.
