  • 300 g ground walnuts mixed with sugar to taste
  • 200 g of shit
  • 3 lg cocoa
  • 1 beaten egg for an ounce

RECIPE PREPARATION Cake dessert with scalded dough:

We start by preparing the mayonnaise as follows: Put 100 g of flour in a large bowl and add over 250 ml of boiling milk. Mix well with a spoon and let it cool so as not to burn our hands. After the mixture has cooled a little, crush the fresh yeast on top and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well with a whisk and thin with another 50 ml of warm milk. Leave the mayonnaise to rise for 30 minutes, then add the rest of the sugar, the 8 yolks kept at room temperature, the rest of the sifted flour, the lemon and orange peel, the salt powder and the vanilla essence. We start to knead the dough by adding a little of the remaining warm milk. When the dough has formed, add the oil, little by little and knead until we finish it all, then continue in the same way with the melted butter. In total, knead for about 30 minutes. Let it rise until it doubles in volume, then divide it into 4. It should be mentioned that the dough was non-sticky, but if it comes out a little sticky, grease the worktop with oil and spread each piece of dough with your hands. On top we put the filling (walnuts mixed with sugar and cocoa) and the pieces of shit from place to place. We roll and glue the ends. We continue in the same way with the other parts of the dough, then we knit 2 rolls each forming 2 cakes that we put in the tray lined with baking paper. Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle poppy seeds on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C (with ventilation) for about 60 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then enjoy it with great appetite.
