Unwrap the cauliflower in bunches, clean the onion and carrot and cut them into suitable pieces and boil them in salted water. After the vegetables have boiled, drain half the amount of juice and blend. Add the coconut milk, mix and match the taste of salt and pepper. Add half a bunch of chopped dill and prepare the kaizer croutons. Chop the kaizer into small cubes and toss in the pan. Cut the cheese into cubes.

We serve soup with kaizer croutons and cheese cubes.
